We had a first birthday party where they got to play with friends, open presents and eat yummy cake for the first time. We all had so much fun.
Emery wasn't too sure about her cake. 
Holden on the other hand went right for it.
and kept eating and eating and eating.......
Emery had a few bites and that was about it. Maybe next year!
Then it was time to open presents
We had a lot of helpers to help open them all
Then the big mess, which I think is the best present of all for Emery and Holden, they love playing in all of the wrapping paper and boxes. 
Little Emery, the only girl in the bunch. But she can handle it, she's a toughy!
